The first component of a formula for which the goal is to change and improve upon what already is, is creativity—the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, or the like, and to create meaningful new ideas. When we look at the world around us, we wonder, how can we improve it?
Just being a creative thinker will never yield results. It is imperative that one’s creativity is taken to the next level, and that requires ingenuity, the quality of being cleverly inventive or resourceful. To invent “specialty pharma”, a significant measure of this quality must be maintained.
